Refund Policy
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Reach out directly to us first. Most situations resolve quickly and easily.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or gets lost in transit, contact us within 14 days at hello@beencouraged.us with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whatever your choice. No return required. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, please allow 2–3 business days and check with neighbors or your building mailroom. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll file a carrier claim and sort it out.
Note: opened gift boxes, personalized items, and returns requested after 14 days without prior approval are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Unopened boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once we receive the package.
