We know that sometimes you're sending a gift because someone you love is going through something hard. We take that seriously. Here's what you can expect.

Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and packed within 2 business days. If we're running behind, we'll let you know. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout where offered)
These estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen, especially during peak seasons or in areas affected by weather or other events. Currently we only ship within the United States.
We ship via USPS and/or UPS depending on order size and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the boxes.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Be Encouraged is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize there's an error, contact us immediately at hello@beencouraged.us. We'll do what we can if the order hasn't shipped yet.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to make it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
We know timing matters. If you're working with a specific date in mind (a surgery, a milestone, a hard anniversary), please reach out before ordering so we can give you an honest shipping estimate. Our goal is to make that connection with you.
