Be Encouraged, LLC is a small business based in Washington State. We create and sell curated encouragement gift boxes through beencouraged.us. Questions: hello@beencouraged.us.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

All content on beencouraged.us, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and brand assets, is owned by Be Encouraged, LLC or used with permission from the artist contributors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. The Be Encouraged name, logo, and brand are our intellectual property. Do not use them without permission. This includes our artist partners' work, which is used on our site with their permission. Their work remains their own.

This site is built with care, and we ask that you treat it that way. When you visit beencouraged.us, you agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site, use automated tools to scrape or copy our content, submit false or fraudulent information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are violated. If you ever have a problem with an order, an experience, or anything else, please reach out first. Most things can be resolved with a conversation. Contact us at hello@beencouraged.us and we will respond promptly. If we can't resolve something informally, we agree to attempt mediation before either party pursues formal legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by Washington State law, with venue in Island County, Washington.

We do our best to keep this site running smoothly and every box packed with intention. That said, we offer our site and products as-is, without implied warranties of any kind, and we can't guarantee the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Our gift boxes are meant to offer comfort and encouragement. They are not medical devices, therapeutic tools, or substitutes for professional care. We make no medical or health claims about our products. If something goes wrong, we want to make it right and our Refund Policy reflects that. Beyond that, Be Encouraged, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Some states don't allow these limitations and in those cases, this applies to the fullest extent the law permits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. We may update them from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
